TWR's 2008 Customer Survey Results are In and Impressive!
This year, TWR utilized an email survey as well as a postcard survey (sent through the mail) to ensure all our clients were given an opportunity to rate our level of service.  The 2008 customer satisfaction survey generated the greatest response rate ever with 65 questionnaires completed.  We believe the results are truly indicative of the high level of service TWR provides to our customers.
