after the project is completed. We have a full time staff of
dedicated customer service representatives that do nothing else
but make sure all of your warranty service needs are executed
flawlessly with professionalism and a sense of urgency. They
are always accessible and knowledgeable about current issues
that can effect your framng project and are always looking out
for your projects well being.
TWR Sets the Standards
with our Customer Service Program. We bring the following attributes
to every customer service warranty call that we receive.
The customer service representative
will be skilled at and properly trained to execute the desired
work.
Each representative is trained in good customer
service skills and is skilled at communicating with the home
owner.
All representatives are English speaking.
Each representative is well
groomed with professional attire that identifies them as a representative
of TWR.
Protective shoe coverings to
be worn indoors at all times
Each representative will have
readily available the proper tools to accomplish the task at
hand including supplies to insure the work area is left in a
clean and orderly manner.
Our
representatives will be in contact with the builder and customer
if necessary to provide an accurate timeframe for work schedule.
We
report the status of repairs and posses professional records
of all work completed.
Leave
workspace clean and free of debris incurred by completed work.
