| This
year TWR framed two award winning playhouses for our builder
partners and their affiliation with HomeAID & the Riverside
BIA, the playhouses were on display in September at Victoria
Gardens. This year we did one for Shea Homes, it won awards
in 5 different categories. It was called the Opportunity
house. The second home was built for American Housing Group
and went to Mrs. Tatum of A.H.G for a bid over $30,000.
TWR is greatful once again to contribute our skills in
an effort to support regional charities. |

September,
2007 TWR conducted our annual
review and training of
the |
| use
of fall protection personal
protective equipment. Safewaze, a manufacturer of harnesses,
lanyards and retractable devices came to our office to
demonstrate the uses for each of these pieces of equipment
and did refresher training for our foreman on the dangers
of improper use of the equipment as well. T.W.R. takes
safety very seriously and we have invested a great deal
of time and effort into developing our overall safety program.
This type of training is just one example of the education
we provide to our employees to insure a safer work environment
for all. |
