In an effort to provide better
support for our foremen in the field, TWR sent
the Office Field Support Team out onto a jobsite
for a first hand look at a project in progress.
The OFS team is behind the scenes and responsible
for making sure the foremen have all the tools,
materials, machines and paperwork necessary to
run a project. This “Field Trip” gave
the team a first hand opportunity to familiarize
themselves with all aspects of the jobsite. Furthermore,
it allowed each team member the ability to associate
what they see on paper into a physical piece of
hardware or procedure. Familiarizing each team
member in this way allows for better understanding
of the entire process and how their individual
work can affect an entire project…
