By purchasing another new full-service customer service vehicle, TWR has made a further investment in ensuring that its customer service department is always prepared to respond to its client’s needs. This new vehicle has a greater capacity to carry more materials, so that when a representative arrives on-site, he will have everything he needs to perform his duties in an efficient manner. This latest investment demonstrates TWR’s commitment to take customer service to a higher level.

Fall Protection Update New Business Development Employee Directory
TWR FALL ARREST SYSTEM RECEIVES OSHA APPROVAL TWO NEW BUILDERS SIGN WITH TWR PROMOTED TWO NEW FIELD MANAGERS AND ONE NEW PROJECT MANAGER
After two years of hard work, OSHA has given TWR formal approval of its exclusive catenary line system for fall protection. We feel that our system is the most economical and flexible system compared to any available on the market today.

Two new builders have joined the TWR roster of clients. Manning Homes, located in Newport Beach, has contracted with TWR to frame 53 single-family residences in Rancho Cucamonga. Steven Walker Communities, located in Riverside, has hired TWR for its new community Box Springs LLC in Moreno Valley. By advancing three knowledgeable and hard-working individuals from within the company, TWR is continually upgrading its staff and looking for ways to provide its clients with the best possible customer service. Tim Farnell has been promoted to Project Manager, while Klaus Schultz and Carlos Cabrera have been promoted to Field Managers.
